The hotel room was more than adequate and had everything needed after a tiring work day, but it wasn't ready during check-in time. The service was excellent, especially from Cameron, Phurpa, and Mohamed Kassem who provided superb assistance. The location was convenient, attached to the shopping complex and very close to the office. The dining experience was outstanding with fresh and carefully prepared dishes, although more variety would be appreciated.

After each exhausting work day, the hotel room had everything I needed - a mini bar, a kettle, tea, coffee, diet sugar, high-speed internet, and a big-screen TV. However, the windows were not locked and there was a noticeable smell. The rooms are quite old and need refurbishing.
